Newsflash

Spending all my day trying to fix this website. It seems that training today will be some very silent yoga.. Some people call that sleeping..

Well last trip where quite cold, and there where not many fishes around, That where last week, now the water is hot and nice, so of cause ill be going spearfishing this weekend....

Been working to much lately ended up in sleeping as long as possible.... 8 a clock i where not able of sleeping anymore. Get the equipment packed, that means get the box with the still wet diving equipment, ans spray some hot water on the suit to increase the temperature from the 0-1 celsuis that we had this night. Finding the spearguns and getting ready to go hunting..

Drive to Copenhagen and pick the other two spearfisher up, Joakim and Kristoffer, both are fairly new to spearfishing but they are getting pretty good.. And then on the road to Stævns.. Its is on the motorway the first leg of the trip so i di ust stop to get some breakfast Chips and coke - not the best idea, but it is a lot of energy and well it is on a petrol station so not much good stuff to eat there anyway!

We where surposed to meet with two Swedish spearfishers in Stævns and get som big fishes, we ran a bit late, so we did just manage to get to the divespot Højerup kirke ( old church ) at the same time the swedish guys went into the water 50 meters bellow the church, We hurried into our suits and then down the stairs to the water. The stairs down is made from old wood, and only because some steps where fixed last year there is no missing steps on the stairs down. It is a old wood construction, wich are a bit rotten, nails are rusty, and you prefere that you are the only on the stairs at the same time....

We did check out the visibility from above and it seemed quite okay, but with white chalk bottom you cant really be sure!  We got our equipment on and got into the water, where i quickly realized that my glueing of the neoprene socks proberly should have inclueded the rest of the holes in the socks!  I did turn north at once and stayed in the shallows, 4-6 meters wit good clear water, visibility where around 6-10 meters so i did no bother to dive down much. Unfortunately there where absolutely no fish in the area, so instead of injoying the cool underwater landscape i did turn out towards deeper water - and now i have to got to work, resumeing later!
